Sign-in or password
TraderPact uses your ChatGPT account. Choose password recovery on the ChatGPT sign-in screen to receive a reset email.
Use another device
Sign in with the same ChatGPT account to access your cloud-synced trade checks and journal.
Export your records
Use Export CSV or Print / PDF in the journal. Your trade log also has its own export button.
Delete your data
Open Account & data from your profile, then use Delete TraderPact account. This does not delete your ChatGPT account.
Before sending a report
Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and your device or browser. Screenshots are helpful. Never email your password, broker credentials, account number, or payment information.
Feedback
TraderPact is in its early beta stage. Suggestions from traders will help determine which strategies, risk controls, and journal features are built next.
